The DTI 6/40 comes equipped with a clear 40mm f/1 lens to capture thermal signatures. The FOV on this thermal monocular measures 11 x 8.2 degrees. It comes with a 10x digital zoom to get additional details.
Inside the housing of the DTI 6/40 you'll find the (uncooled, 12µm) 640 by 480 pixel thermal sensor with a refresh rate of 50Hz.
The measurements of this thermal monocular are 228 x 69 x 73mm (l/w/h) and weighs 755g. This device is rated IP67. It's protected against dust, shocks, water (splashes) and submersion under water. It handles temperatures between -20°C and 50°C.
The DTI 6/40 is built for surveillance, hunting trips, law enforcement (police, border patrol etc.) and SAR (Search and Rescue) operations.
